Romana Four is a bit laid back and has been on Earth for two years. She still has an attitude and speaks her mind. If your wrong she’ll tell you. Also if anything about the timewar goes into conversation she’ll quickly change subject.

Timeline: Post Time War

Romana Four is a bit different from her other incarnations. Instead randomly regenerating because of either bordome or need. This Romana had to regenerate in the way everyone else did, she had to die first. Shot by a DALEK during the war, Romana decided to run away (This being the reason that times she’ll call herself a coward) and not fall with her ship, or the planet in which she was President of.

In the beginning she wasn’t at all happy. A bit traumatized to be honest, like a fragile balloon next to millions of pins. This incarnation didn’t really seem to have much of a personality as Amelia(one of the Dugan’s) had put it. She seemed like she was there but at the same time she wasn’t.

Later on she comes to find the little quirks of this incarnation, from her lovely hand-eye coordination to the strange skill of being able to whistle. A bit sarcastic, still not terribly easy to amuse, and a bit more tolerate of humans. Her best friend Andrew Dugan, got her to see that. She can speak every language and is a bit Time Sensitive. Romana also loves Pears.

While on Earth The Duagan’s have their own little headquarters with gadgets and whatnots. Just not as top notched as Torchwood and only because they only stick with small things.

Taking down Kidlers, Tinglers, and The Taglinin’s and other small aliens in France.
Romana finds that living with this family had showed her how to live a bit.
Though funny enough she tries to ignore the fact that the Doctor’s still alive.

Romana has a necklace in which her mind signals aren’t given away. Sort of like the FOB watch, the Interlace hides the time lord essence, but it lets you keep your special skills.

Her mission is to become her own Romana and thankfully she feels to have done so.

Romana III

Romana had by this time became War Queen and President of the Nine Gallifreys. She regenerated knowing that she would need a harder personality for the upcoming War with The Enemy. As a result she became less friendly towards the Doctor. Physically, she resembled a beautiful dark-haired woman. (EDA: The Shadows of Avalon)

After the end of the War with the Enemy and the destruction of Gallifrey (EDA: The Ancestor Cell) (a separate event from the Last Great Time War, Romana's fate remains unknown.
although upon meeting this incarnation for the first time the Eighth Doctor noted that she now looked worringly like his mother.
